McLean Street Residence

This residence has been constructed with the use of multiple precast concrete elements.

Prestressed flat slabs create the first-floor construction of the house and cantilevered balcony.

Precast concrete panels have been utilised as a fencing solution and polished precast stair treads are an architectural feature within this project.
