Sackville Street Residence

This residence utilises precast concrete as the dominant construction method.

Precast concrete panels make up most of the exterior and some interior walls also. The first floor is constructed with prestressed flat slabs which are used to cantilever sections of the first floor creating a dramatic visual appearance.
